Founded in 2021, InstaMed was initially under the leadership of HelpNow, one of India’s leading ambulance services, before it branched out and registered as its own company. Since then, InstaMed has established itself in Mumbai as the fastest pharmaceutical delivery app that guarantees delivery in 30 minutes. The founder, Shikhar Agarwal, recognised the challenge people faced in an emergency when their medicines got delivered hours after they had ordered them. He envisioned an app that would bridge this gap and meet the needs of the people efficiently and reliably. Today, we are proud to be a leading e-pharmacy, serving thousands of customers all across Mumbai.
